I need a garden tap re- positioned

Hello, I need some help connecting my washing machine in the laundry by a licensed plumber. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be a proper inlet tap for the washing machine, so I think we might need to install a splitter (maybe a 3-way or dual outlet tap?) off the existing water line. Ideally, this shouldn’t affect the hot water line, even though the hot water system is currently not working. I haven’t purchased any parts yet — could you please let me know in advance what fittings or connectors I should get from Bunnings Warehouse? Thanks a lot!

Check and repair shower recess in main bathroom and ensuite for leaks.

Excessive water pressure after digital water meter installed. Require pressure reducing valve. Installed.

Shower drain is nearly completely blocked, does let some water through.

Shower is leaking water so will need it resealed properly

Need end of tap (faucet) to be changed so it can have water filter screwed on

Need new taps put on over laundry trough and for washing machine.

Remove existing laundry trough, install new laundry trough which is slightly larger, and remove approximately 12 tiles,

Need this Billi 3000 water tap and filter installed the mains water and then connect the tap in this sync hole.

Kitchen tap and laundry tap just need to be tightened. They swivel in the fitting. Access for us to do this ourselves is difficult because of the sink being deep and in the way.

Replace bathroom vanity tap and mixers. Replace bath tap and mixers. Replace shower head and mixers. Not moving around plumming, just replacing old fixtures. All new fixtures already to go.
