Water exits the sink very very slowly. Blocked pipe allows 1,250 ml water in the pipe/sink before you can see the water settle up above the drain outlet at the plug level, so I am guessing it isn't that far down the drain. fyi the kitchen sink drain P trap pipe is accessible under the sink, and then immediately passes through the wall to the outside of the wall as in the middle photo.

Need to connect our outdoor sink to the existing outdoor tap and waste - we don’t need hot water, cold is fine!

Hey Sophie, thanks for wanting to rebook me. Thats is fine. I can come and investigate and see where the cause of the moisture is coming from. Hopefully be able to establish what is causing it without cutring plaster.

We have been advised that to fix our leaking toilet it needs a new washer but the toilet will have to be lifted off and reinstalled as there is no access through the top - appreciate a tasker that can do this job thanks!
