Find an experienced plumber in Frankston

We’re at the tail end of a bathroom extension and we need someone to help connect the sewerage pipe from the new extension to existing drain. Trench has already been dug. We can organise council inspection but will need license details. Provide certificate for work upon completion. Won’t need certificate for under slab and existing work as it will already be supplied.

We have a burst hot water problem, basically the hot water is leaking out from the cylinder onto the ground. Need a certified plumber to go onsite to evaluate the situation and provides me with the options to fix it.

The shower tap when turned on releases little to no water.

Hi I have 3 leaking taps, that need new washers. Would prefer work to be done after 4.30pm Wednesday Thursday or Friday or Saturday.

The shower head is dripping and probably needs the washer replaced. The washers were replaced 3 to 4 years ago.

Toilet has a misaligned seat that feels like it doesn’t sit perfectly on the toilet bowl. Seems like it’s smaller than the rim. Please see attached photos. A new seat needs to be installed. I haven’t bought any yet. Happy for you to bring it, or for you to advise me about the one to buy.

2 storey townhouse with 3 bathrooms. Water pressure is average. It becomes apparent when 2 showers are on simultaneously. Would like to increase the pressure. Only interested if pressure can be increased substantially.

Remove old 50L 3.6kW electric hot water unit and install a new one. Hot water unit locates inside the apartment on the first floor Existing hot water system isn’t compliant so will require tempering valve, Mildred valve and safety tray, similar to the last photo.

My outside tap when turned on makes a loud guttering sound through the pipes of the house. A lot of reverberation. Needs to be look at and fixed

After taking off the hose for the washing machine, the cold tap is leaking continuously. I will need this either replaced or fixed if possible as soon as possible please
