Looking for an experienced plumber / leak detection specialist to investigate and repair an active leak from an upstairs ensuite shower. Symptoms * Water damage and mould appearing on downstairs ceiling directly below the ensuite. * Leak originally thought to be from toilet waste pipe. * Toilet was removed and reinstalled by a plumber, however the leak persists. * Leak is strongly correlated with shower use. Testing Performed * Shower floor and walls visually inspected. * Shower drain was cleared of significant hair buildup. * Shower silicone was recently renewed. * Bucket test performed: * Water poured directly into shower drain. * Downstairs ceiling started dripping almost immediately. * Water appears to be coming from above the waste pipe area, not necessarily from the pipe itself. Suspected Cause Possible issue with one of the following: * Shower drain body * Drain collar * Drain-to-pipe connection * Localised waterproofing failure around drain penetration Looking For Someone experienced with: * Shower leak diagnosis * Drain leak investigation * Waterproofing-related leak detection * Non-destructive testing preferred Please advise: 1. Existing rain tank I need connected to a automatic controlled pressure pump to feed a garden tap that will be used for sprinkler system. I have quickly attempted to connect to an existing pump but it cuts to failure after 10 seconds and doesn’t appear to be getting required water flow. Unsure if this is related to intake hose size, pump type or other cause. Need someone to troubleshoot shoot and complete the connection so a pump automatically kicks in and provides appropriate pressure when the tap is turned on.

Informed by SE Water that we have a possible leak as water use has increased significantly. One toilet has issue with constant overflow.

Change the three toilets to New back to wall Toilets. The new toilets are ready. Back of the toilets are Plasterboard. Two of them with skirt board at back. The existing toilets are STYLUS VENECIA The current rough in is around 140-200mm. The new pan will have 100-225mm s trap set out, which will fit the existing drainage. The existing water point is around 130mm from the centre. The length of the new pan is 290mm. The water point can be hidden at the back of the pan.
