I need a licensed plumber to help me with some minor alterations on my bathroom renovation. 1) I'm replacing an existing bathtub with a new one, and need to adjust the taps and drain. 2)Moving the toilet 1.5 meters from where it is now. 3) need to relocate the vanity for 1m and need taps and drain to be adjusted accordingly. 4) The stove is to be relocated 2meters in the kitchen so the gas connections need to be adjusted.

The mounted gas hot water unit has some issues. We have tried relighting it. Only small flames, and when we turn on the tap, there is no big flames. So the water is not getting hot.

We have changed everything possible and our shower is still dripping. The o-rings have been replaced as well as the valve spindle and we have reseat the valve too.

Hello, I have a gutter that appears to be sloping down the wrong way and therefore water is not going down the downpipe properly. I believe this needs a simple adjustment.
