Shower floor needs to be redone due to a burst pipe under the house which caused the flooring to rot and drop a little. All new pipes have been installed now need to fix the flooring in the shower bathroom area which includes tiling also. Capel sounds area

This tap is loose and I need it tightened. It’s rotating round and the space underneath is tight so I can’t get to it to tighten it.

Need twin taps replaced with a single mixer tap in kitchen sink. Can’t find exact design and attached an image of closest to the design as it’s located at my older brothers house who lives far away from me. Please note image attached isn’t the exact design but it’s a twin tap design currently.
