After flushing, the toilet tank was leaking and continuously releasing water. The tank has been disconnected, disassembled, and cleaned. I need a handyman/plumber to reassemble and seal the tank so it no longer leaks.

Need to fix the basin tap water hammer and the shower tap leak

Rainwater pump won't automatically pump water from tank after pressure loss (ie flushing of toilet with mains turned off). Manual override will activate pump. Pump directly plugged into power mains, will activate pump.

The water tank has got sediment at the bottom which is flowing through to the toilets. Need it cleaned out

Leaky/broken toilet cistern needs fixing or replacing. Kitchen tap mixer to be removed and new one installed.

My shower head hose broke this week. I turned the tap on and it just exploded in half. It’s completely disconnected. I’m looking for someone who can replace it, and bring any parts required as I don’t have time to go to the shops. Ideally this Tuesday if possible.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.
