Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and resolve an intermittent blockage in 2 of our toilets. One is in 1st-floor toilet positioned directly above our kitchen. The other is in ground floor. Symptoms: Water backs up intermittently when flushed. Concurrently causes a leak through the downstairs ceiling. The leak is intermittent (only happens during backups/flushing episodes). History: The toilet pan seal was replaced recently by an insurance plumber. The seal itself is new, so we suspect a downstream pipe obstruction or blockage is causing water to back up and force its way out. Scope of Work: Inspect the upstairs toilet suite and drainage line. Clear any obstructions/blockages using a drain snake, plunger, or CCTV camera. Verify that the toilet pan seal and waste pipe connection are fully watertight. Please state if you carry a drain camera or specialized clearing equipment. ***Must be a licensed plumber*** Budget is for call-out and inspection/diagnosis. If specialized equipment (like a drain camera) or major repairs are needed, we can mutually agree on a variation price on-site and place another ad or requote.

Hot water leaking from the tap

My shower head hose broke this week. I turned the tap on and it just exploded in half. It’s completely disconnected. I’m looking for someone who can replace it, and bring any parts required as I don’t have time to go to the shops. Ideally this Tuesday if possible.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.

Remove existing Caroma Husk Chrome Sink Gooseneck Pull out mixer and replace with provided Phoenix Lexi MKII gooseneck pull out Sink Mixer.
