Connect a new washing machine

Toilet flush appears broken. Flush to the right in picture has pressure and weight on the flush button. Flusher to left has broker at the back. Water is turned off, should be a part replacement and install.

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

Leaking bathroom tap that needs fixed

Toilet Repair Needed The toilet flush is not working properly. After flushing, the flush mechanism doesn’t reset and continues running. Water keeps flowing into the toilet continuously, causing a constant leak. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue as soon as possible.

My bathroom sink is blocked and needs someone to inspect and clear the blockage. I've already removed and cleaned the U-bend (P-trap) underneath the sink, and it's completely clear, so the blockage appears to be further down the drain pipe. The sink is still not draining properly. I'm looking for someone with the appropriate tools (e.g. drain snake/auger) to diagnose and clear the blockage. I'm renting, so I'd like the issue resolved without causing any damage to the plumbing. Thanks!

Have to remove current water hose system and install new pressure washer. It's located higher up on the wall

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher. I tried to install it myself. I thought all was ok. But it keeps coming up with a "check water/ no water" error. I have trouble shoot everything I can come up with, but nothing is working. I now need professional help because i cant solve this one.

I need to connect abother washing machine on top of this machine, a shelf will be installed shortly. The hose for water and waste is not long enough to connect to the water and waste points under the sink. So will need to extend the hoses. Also there is only one water and waste point at the moment for existing washing machine, will need to modify the connections so that 2 machines can be connected to it. Machine machine will also need to be moved from the basement garage, need a trolley
