The rubber seal around the drain pipe has worn away, and is causing sink to leak when water is running. Also need to remove hair buildup from sink

Need someone to go past a house in st kilda east to turn water off and take handle away so squatter family leaves.

Replace four tap washers. The cold tap in the kitchen and shower is leaking. Replace the hot ones as well since we are changing the cold. No re-seating required as the metal is quite thin. Two of them may require the "double" washers to extend the length of the spindle as per what the previous plumber did.

need temperature setting changed from 50 degrees to 60 degrees. A plumber fixed it and i can't get hold of him to reset. Apparently very simple job if you know Thermann 26 Gas Continuous Flow” systems

Hey one of those things you put on the side of the toilet to keep it clean when it flushes went down into the drain and is blocking it up. (That's what I suspect anyway, if it was just the usual I would have cleared it by now). Unsure what to do and need some help ! All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

Any local plumbers want some extra cash for an easy job of replacing cracked basin with two new ones? (Basins already purchased). Flexible with time and date (sorry been away, so reposting this). Flexible with days/times but would like to have this completed prior to 29/06/24
