We require plumbing pipework to be moved to enable planned install of new motorised garage doors. There are two piping arrangements needing relocation as shown in the attached photos: 1. Cut, move, and reconnect water supply pipework adjacent to unit 1 roller door to avoid interference and provide more space for garage roller door mechanism. 2. Cut, move, and reconnect sewer drainage pipework adjacent to unit 3 roller door to avoid cutting into steel jamb for garage roller door (which will be replaced). Include replacement of current rubber coupling with permanent piping fittings. I will need to run these works via our OC strata manager so appreciate any ability to provide a quotation for these works. We welcome any advice or broader considerations for these works and want to ensure there is no detrimental impact as a result of these relocations. Thanks, Adam

Looking for a plumber to complete three jobs at our home in St Kilda East: - Disconnected pipe under deck – We've been advised there is a pipe that has become disconnected under our timber deck. The deck boards will likely need to be carefully lifted (one or two planks) to access the pipe.
