Help needed to purchase a new toilet seat and then install the new seat. I have no handyman skills and need some help. I will pay for the toilet seat

When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. New fridge and house doesn’t have water connection to where fridge is. Need someone to connect it via source at sink nearby. Probably need some sort of pipe to connect it so would need to tell me what I need to get in advance.
