I’m seeking a licensed and insured waterproofer (Melbourne) to inspect existing bathroom waterproofing. 2 coats of waterproofing has already been applied and appears to be in good condition, however no compliance certificate was provided by the original contractor. If the waterproofing is generally sound, I’m looking for someone who would also be open to remediating the work if required (e.g. final coat / minor detailing) and then issuing a waterproofing compliance certificate. My home garden watering system is not functioning correctly. I would like it checked and recommendations provided to have it functioning well again.
