I need my kitchen tap tightened. The brand of the tap is Franke and this task requires someone with experience.

I have a cracked basin which needs to be replaced with a new one. I will be providing the new basin. Task is to remove the existing one and install the basin in its place

we bought a new smart toilet and need it be fixed
