Solar hot water system that has a gas heating backup does not produce enough hot water on cloudy days, I need a licensed plumber to diagnose and fix this hot water issue.

A new washing machine was delivered. They refused to remove the old one as there was water inside. We have now drained the machine and it is ready to be disconnected and removed. We need to install the new one, remove the rubbish and place the old unit on the nature strip. It is in an apartment on the first floor with stairs - so likely a 2 person job.
