I was going to attempt this myself but I am all fingers and thumbs, and the nut to disconnect mixer underneath is in a tight space. So thought I would post the job. Right person with right tools will obviously get this done pretty quickly.

Toilet and sink in the ensuite are draining very slowly. The toilet isn't flushing away waste effectively. These need fixing. A simple fix required. Not sure how much a job like this is typically priced, so have put in a random number. Feel free to place your quotes.
