Building inspector advised we have a leak in the wall due to shower head outlet. Needing a plumber to assist with fixing. Outlet is accessible on the other side of the plaster wall so no need to remove tiles. Also if you have a moisturiser meter to assist with checking other areas that may require your assistance after this task

The toilet in my elderly father’s ensuite bathroom wasn’t flushing properly and then we noticed that the floor next to it had a pool of water/liquid and then a couple of days later there was a wet patch on the carpet nearby. Have no idea what the problem is so just putting an arbitrary dollar amount, and he’s 93yo, so looking for a senior discount. The task is in Cranbourne, not sure why it’s saying Cranbourne East.

Looking for a licensed plumber to relocate the two external taps at the front of our newly built home. There are currently 2 taps: * Potable/drinking water tap * NDW (non-drinking/recycled water) tap Both are currently positioned in the middle of the front yard (see attached photo). We would like both taps relocated in line with the front pillar, so they are out of the way before concreting is completed. Looking for quotes for the complete job.
