Igniter not working on hot water system and stove

Need help to look at the light switch as it is on all the time and cant be switched off ( it keep kicking back) Happy for any advise.

Looking for a qualified plumber to replace my old toilet tank (cistern) with a new one and replace the water shut-off valve next to the toilet. I already have the new toilet tank, but I don’t have the new valve, so the plumber will need to supply a suitable replacement. Please remove the old tank, install the new one, replace the valve, reconnect the water supply, and make sure everything is working properly with no leaks. Please see attached photos for the existing setup.

Need Plumber – Blocked Toilet Looking for someone to come and unclog a blocked toilet. The water is not draining properly and I need someone with the appropriate plumbing tools to clear the blockage and make sure the toilet is flushing normally again. Preferably looking for someone who can come as soon as possible.

im hoping to get kitchen wall taps converted/plumbed for a mixer tap, around the current faucet location (centre of the room). the kitchen has been ripped out, and the tiles around the taps have been removed, so the (brick) wall is accessible - see photos. the tile cement comes off pretty easily too... the current location of the waste should be fine (unless it needs moving)... the place is an old ground floor apartment in springvale, and these would be the original taps (1970s...) the price is negotiable, as i imagine it might be a bit messy/involved...

We have 2 toilets seats that have become unanchored to the toilet - the photo's attached show lack of bolts on both seats - allowing the whole seat to detach from the main bowl

Used a plunger, drano, pulled all the pipes out directly underneath the sink and nothing was blocked.

There’s a massive hole in the toilet wall now. It used to be small, but I accidentally bumped into it and the whole thing came loose from the wall. It looks really thin now and the hole got way bigger. My dad tried to fix it he left the blue paint or smth over it

Laundry tap is leaking – replace jumper valve (licensed plumber)

Plumber – to replace the existing cooktop, install the dishwasher and issue a compliance certificate.

The shower hot water tap was repaired 5 months ago and new fixings put in but the same tap is leaking and not shutting off. The plumber who repaired it is away so I need this fixed by tomorrow. Its a simple job and don't think I'll accept any wild offers and must be available tomorrow

I have a couple of small leaks in my kitchen sink- please refer to photos. Sporadic leak from the base of my tap faucet, a slow leak under my sink, on the top shelf (likely from the aforementioned faucet leak)and the bottom shelf, has a leak in the pipe/tubing, where the tightening attachment is. I'd say easy small jobs for someone who knows what they're doing (which is definitely not me). Thank you 🙂

I need to replace 1.need to upgraded old laundry vanity to new one in the laundry room, change water tap. 2. Also needs to replaced and install a metal down pipe in front of the property. 3. 3 doors locks needs to be replaced. Please see photos old and new vanity to be replaced also I will provide down pipe, just need to install them. This job needs to be done asap. Thanks

The sealant around our shower and bathroom sink has been compromised - wanted this removed and replaced with new sealant. In addition, we have purchased a new toilet seat which we would like to have installed to replace the old one. Looking for general handyman to complete both these tasks. Located in Springvale, VIC. I have attached Builders Inspection report with photos of sealant which needs to be replaced in bathroom. Have also added a photo of the new toilet seat we want to have installed to replace the old one.
