To check over silicone joints on ensuite shower and main bathroom bath shower and to seal tile grout with 2 coats of approved grout sealer and check taps and mixers to make sure they have been sealed behind cover plates . Check toilet for any water leak . Need to detect water leak causibg moist theoughout home prior to insurers xoming out to fix mould
