Re-bed loose bathroom & shower tiles + epoxy regrout & seal leak Indicative Budget: $350 – $450 (trade offers welcome based on scope/materials) Location: Cranbourne North, VIC Description: Looking for an experienced tiler or bathroom repair specialist to fix and reseal a targeted leak area around our shower screen. Scope of Work: Prep Substrate: Scrape back dried adhesive ridges from the screed and clean back the loose tiles. (Timber subfloor underneath is dry and completely solid). Re-bed Tiles: Relay 1x main floor tile outside the shower and ~2x cut pieces inside the shower base fall using flexible, water-resistant tile adhesive. Epoxy Regrout: Rake out damaged perimeter joints and regrout around the shower base with epoxy grout to create a watertight seal against water tracking under the screen. Perimeter Silicone: Apply fresh mould-resistant neutral-cure sanitary silicone along the shower screen base and floor-to-wall junctions. Materials & Requirements: Original tiles are intact and on-site. Please state in your offer whether your quote includes materials (adhesive, epoxy grout, silicone) or is labour-only. Must supply your own trade tools (scraper/blade, float, cleanup sponges). Flexible with dates over the coming days. Please mention your experience with shower waterproofing and epoxy repairs when placing your offer.

Toilet got blocked unsure if ?baby wipe got in but then I tried to unblock it with this plunger https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0DLNQF73S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title and the head of that plunger the black circular unit dislodged and is stuck in the toilet now! occasionally see it floating out but can't grab it Looking for a registered plumber for the unblocking
