**licensed plumber needed** I was wondering if you’re happy to come and assist with the following: - I have noticed water damage on the wall behind the shower. I suspected that the damage might be due to an issue with the shower tap. Upon inspection I saw that the shower tap leaks water through the joint between the spindle shaft and the base (photo attached) I noticed the same leakage in the second bathroom’s shower too. I was hoping you could give me a rough quote for examining the water damage and fixing the tap leakages if you also found that they are the root cause. I’ll attach some photos for context.

Hello, Need a plumber urgently to fix toilet and pipe leaks. Details are below: 1- For two toilets, the water tap underneath them that switches the water on and off is dripping but not flowing the water in. That needs to be fixed. 2- Also, need to have the toilets internal system looked at as well and if not in a good shape then would need to be replaced with new parts such as the inlet valve etc. 3- The pipes under 2 wash basins are a bit leaky too so would need to be tightened and sealed. Parts not provided but if any new parts are needed then I will pay extra for them and you can get them from Bunnings which is very nearby (~1 km). Need someone around midday tomorrow please. Thanks.
