Task : Tap in both the bathroom and the kitchen keep running even after they are turned off. The tap handles have become very stiff. Leak from the pipe underneath the toilet tap. In addition, whenever I turn on the hot water tap, it makes a very loud noise from inside. Need to fix it.

I need a few leaks that are coming from the tubes I connected to an external water tank. I also have one more pipe that I need connected to the water tank.
