I need to replace shower tap

Hot water unit not working, no hot water to the premises We turned the knob to off position, waited 5 minutes, turned knob back to on position, pressed the knob down but it would not press down fully, then pressed igniter button repeatedly over 30 seconds with no luck

Aquamax 390 hot water heater pilot lights but extinguishes as soon as pilot button let go. Suspect thermocouple faulty.

Hot water TPR valve is not working - water continues to leak out non-stop.

Bath tub mixer tap is leaking from mixer tap and needs washer replaced.

I have a storage hot water system in the garage with a relief valve that currently discharges into a catch tray. The tray overflows, causing water pooling and minor wall damage. I need a licensed plumber to extend or redirect the discharge pipe to a compliant drain point. After redirecting the discharge, please also clean and dry the catch tray and surrounding area so no residual water or debris remains. The hot water system itself is operating normally. I’m considering buying a fridge that has a built-in water dispenser/ice maker and would like to check if plumbing it into my kitchen is possible. The fridge will be positioned to the left of the last kitchen cabinet shown in the photos.

After drilling on the tiles to install shower head rail, the tile grout cracks. Need someone silicon shower head and regrout the tiles on 3 shower wall. Note: the images is taken before installing shower head rail. Shower base has been regrout. Please specify the material you will use in your offer. The material will be checked on working day.
