Looking for an experienced plumber to complete two jobs: 1. Remove existing kitchen mixer tap and install new mixer tap. 2. Remove existing shower fitting and install new rain shower/rail. I already have both new fittings ready to install. Looking for installation only, including checking connections and ensuring there are no leaks. Ideally both completed during the same visit. Please bring all required tools and let me know if you are a licensed plumber.

The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.
