I need a plumber to replace my kitchen sink tap (tap supplied) and connect my washing machine drain hose extension (supplied for you too) to existing under-sink plumbing. All plumbing points already in place. Straightforward apartment job.

Sink tap has dislodged and needs repair. It’s come loose from the attachment - it doesn’t appear broken, just that we don’t know how to put the parts back together. It seems to come flimsy/loose often (not to this extent in the past) if something could be added.

Hi, I bought a second-hand washing machine from Facebook Marketplace. The machine turns on and appears to work, however water leaks when running because one of the pipes/hoses doesn’t seem to be connected properly. Need someone to: * correctly connect the washing machine hoses/pipes * check the inlet and drainage setup * ensure there are no leaks * test the machine once connected Should hopefully be a straightforward installation/setup issue rather than a machine fault. Located in Malvern. Flexible with timing.

The joints between the bottom of timber door frame and the stone terrace/balcony tiles are no longer waterproof due to failing ir damaged sealants. Rain water can seep underneath the door frame through the gaps in the sealant. Tasks required: 1) removing failed sealants 2) create a flexible waterproof joint - using exterior waterprrof and UV resistant sealant to seal door frame base; 3) Prevent pooling of water around the joint Two door frames : one at the terrace and one at the balcony. Hi i am unable to use double sink in cafe kitchen as grease guardian in cupboard keeps over flowing .I get the grease guardian serviced and blocked every 2-3 months but keeps over flowing .the pipe conncted to grease guardian is curved and think not a proper flow.

I have a Billi B5000 built in tap with boiling / chilled / sparkling water. Both lights on the tap are flashing green. I am looking for someone to come and repair it so the boiling / chilled water works again - I don't need the sparkling gas bottle changes. It may need a new filter but I don't have any parts so you will need to bring whatever may be needed with you. Thanks in advance for your help

Paint touch ups to existing monument fence where required as per photo. Also pain pvc pipe as shown to match monument down pipe. I do not have paint.
