Deep clean should include - Sanitation Maintenance Checklist (Other) Arrive to site and setup high pressure cleaning equipment. ✓ Remove particle filters. ✓ Dismantle indoor chassis and access indoor fan coil. ✓ Apply antifungal and antibacterial conditioner to indoor coil. ✓ Flush indoor coil with high pressure wash. ✓ Clean internal barrel fan with high pressure wash. ✓ Clean louvres with high pressure wash. ✓ Clean indoor chassis with high pressure wash. ✓ High pressure water to clear condensate drain. ✓ Visually inspect the indoor unit for signs of refrigerant leaks. ✓ Tighten indoor wiring terminal blocks. ✓ Clean particle filters. ✓ Check isolator is level - siliconed - operational and safe. ✓ Check adequate insulation on refrigerant line sets. ✓ Clean the condenser coil of dirt and debris (if accessible) ✓ Inspect condenser fan and bearings for damage or wear. ✓ Ensure obstructions are clear from condenser fan. ✓ Check for burnt wiring - overheating - sparking or bare wires. ✓ Tighten outdoor wiring terminal blocks. ✓ Visually inspect the outdoor unit for signs of refrigerant leaks ✓ Tighten all caps on outdoor refrigerant valves. ✓ Check mounts and holding down bolts for the condenser. ✓ Wipe down and clean outdoor chassis. ✓ Confirm circuit breaker identified properly. ✓ Reassembled indoor chassis and put back into place. ✓ Reinstall particle filters. ✓ Check the indoor unit is level and secure. ✓ Clean and wipe down the indoor chassis. ✓ Supply new batteries for remote control. ✓ Check infrared sensor operation on all modes. ✓ Calibrate remote control and set time. ✓ Update and replace servicing sticker. ✓ Supply Air Temperature 50°C Return Air Temperature 23°C Total Heat Exchange 27°C

My Daikon air conditioning unit works beautifully in both bedrooms but does not cool the main area in my apartment.

Council have asked us to remove external air con From facade. There is easy enough access to use a ladder as it was painted as well through this method. No internal access from upstairs as windows are painted shut. We will leave the unit internally just need it safely removed and will put in our shed for landlord.

Hi all Looking for someone to professionally install a split system air con into our place asap. Located in Malvern near Cabrini hospital. Product that was purchased is: mitsubishi bronte 7.1kw reverse cycle split system air conditioner brand new today. We have just moved in and our border-collie pup is very hot! Looking to get a quote and get it installed this week asap. Looking to get installed above the window, or to the right of it, and have the unit either hanging off the wall or next to the fence.
