In the last few days when switching the thermostat on, no heat has been getting generated. I've found that going out and turning the power switch on and off (on the heat pump?), gets it going, for an hour or 2 anyway. But today even that's been getting erratic. I require the removal of a Braemer Gas Ducted unit which is located in the roof space. Unit size 1150mm (L) X 385 ( W) X 660(H) I also require the removal of a Rinnai Gas Unit. These need to be disconnected and relocated/moved over to the next door home for storage. These units will not be re installed or connected at the new location next door. It looks as if there is water in the heater which caused the heater element to break.It is a Bosch Super Silence E-Nr SM150M05AU/A3. This means the dishes are still wet after use - Due date: Flexible

Our brivis central heating is not starting due to an error code on the screen . Possibly due with some dust particulars in the actual unit which has occurred before. Needs a gas heating specialist to take a look and fix . The central cooling is working fine !

We have noticed that when we turn the solar pool heating on, the water level drops quite a bit. It's very likely that water is leaking from the solar strips on the roof. The solar strips are are located on a second storey tiled roof, with good access from the rear of the house. More photos available upon request. - Due date: Flexible

We have an incredibly 'dumb' thermostat for our ducted heating (pictured - not very sensitive, doesn't even have a timer) and I'd like to get it replaced with a smart thermostat - thinking Nest or Ecobee - ideally something that can include a second sensor - but I'm open to suggestions.
