Air con keeps switching off. Believe something isn’t connecting with the outdoor unit, however, it’s on the roof and need someone to check. Troubleshooted and it’s saying ERROR U4 which generally indicates a communication failure between the indoor and outdoor units. You would require a ladder to get on roof (two storey town house)

Hello. I am planning on buying a 1.7kW split system and need it installed by a qualified person. It is in a small office and the outside part will be mounted almost directly behind where the indoor unit is so minimal piping and power lengths. The electrics are all complete to just under where the outside system will be. I will organise to have the unit delivered once the job is accepted. In the photos, the indoor unit would go between the door and the window. I checked and it fits :) Thank you for taking a look at this project. Cheers. I have 3 split system units in bedrooms (inbuilt) and 2 ducted systems downstairs and outdoor units. All running and working well but have not been serviced for a couple of years. The units are 7yo and only used for cooling in summer.

Install portable A/C unit in bedroom. The window and covering might be too small and not fit. So need a solution oriented person. The window is a sliding window but a bit too tall. Instruction manual and all equipment here.

Now we wish to remove and permanently close x7 old air conditioner ducts and remove the ceiling vents so the ceiling can be patched to make the rooms look more modern. Home is double storey .
