The air conditioner was functioning perfectly when we last used it last summer. However, this time when we turned it on, it is not working and displays an E4 error code. Occasionally, the error changes to E2. The brand name is FUJITA. Can someone help fix it, and what would be the estimated cost?

The ducted system is a combined Bonaire heating and cooling system, first installed in 2019 when the house was built.

An upstairs Fujitsu air-conditioner is starting to drip after operating for about 2 1/2 hours. I’ve checked the filters and they look clean. There is access to the outside unit via a flat roof but I prefer not to go out there myself. I do have a wet dry Vac. I work part time so would hopefully like to organise a time that suits us both. It is the unit furthest away in the photo.
