Clean filters and servicing

Hadceiling painted but vents look terrible. Need to replace old ones for new. Also a retur n grill for a/c. There are 6 square vents and possibly a couple of round het vents. We haven’t purchased them yet - Due date: Before Saturday, 26th Feb 2022

I have replaced the old heating system with a new (2 year old second hand) Bonnaire 20Kw system. It has been installed in to the ceiling by a friend, it has been connected to the gas by a licenced plumber, the electrics have been completed by a licensed electrician but it still wont turn on. I feel I have exhausted all the options with this :( it is only a heating unit (not heating & cooling) & I am really hoping someone might be able to come out & trouble shoot as to whey this thing wont turn on.
