Tap washer needs replacing and towel rail needs re fitting to the wall securely

Warning machine was not connected properly by removalists and was leaking. This is an urgent but quick fix - just can’t do it by myself - tried and water went everywhere! Need someone here ASAP - like now.

I’m looking for someone to inspect and fix a toilet that is constantly leaking water into the toilet bowl. The toilet keeps slowly running, with water continuously entering the bowl even when it hasn’t been flushed. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet valve, flush valve, seal, or something else, so I’d like someone to diagnose the issue and repair it. Please include: * Whether replacement parts (if needed) are included or charged separately I’d like the job completed as soon as possible. Thanks!

Sink and drain pipe have become loose and need reconnection (see photos). Task can be completed Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon.

Needing to fix the cistern of the toilet (Caroma). The leak is small and not all the time, unsure if needs to be replaced the system entirely or is rubber seals only.

My toilet cistern was difficult to flush, the buttons would lock and would need to be jiggled to get the toilet to flush. When I took the cistern lid off it looks as though the mechanism is not lined up properly. If you are a plumber and can fix this I am happy to get the parts, so the price offered is for labor only.

Kitchen sink/dishwasher drain blockage. Water backed up into sink and flooded under-sink cabinet when dishwasher was running. Need someone to clear blockage, check dishwasher waste hose/high loop, and check under-sink trap/joints for leaks. Licensed plumber preferred

I’ve turned the taps as much as I can for the bathtub & the water keeps running. I also have a door that keeps popping open. Not sure if one person can do both or if jobs have to be separate.

Downstairs toilet blocked due to toddler putting wipes down it then flushing. The water is not totally blocked, it goes down but just takes a while. Available from 3pm this afternoon. Thanks

Replace plastic u-bend part of pipe under laundry sink - see photo which shows cracked pipe

we have rain water tank, from where the water for toilet flush is used but the toilet flush is not getting filled with water. After restart the rain water tank switch couple of the times, it fill the water in toilet flush but after water is empty it does not fill. Need someone to diagnose and fix the issue
