we have rain water tank, from where the water for toilet flush is used but the toilet flush is not getting filled with water. After restart the rain water tank switch couple of the times, it fill the water in toilet flush but after water is empty it does not fill. Need someone to diagnose and fix the issue

Bathroom tap leaking despite changing washer etc

Removal of a 1500mm wall hung bathroom vanity and reinstall a replacement vanity of the same size (this will already be on site). This will involve replacement of vanity, reconnection of plumbing, replacement of sink & caulking. It is important that the tiling is not damaged and the site is cleaned upon completion. Can be done between Monday-Wednesday next week.

Hi. I have a 3000 L plastic water tank that I need removed.  The only access to the water tank is through a small door way so I imagine the tank will need to be dismantled.

2x showers need silicon replaced: Shower 1 - 2x 80cm, 2x 30cm Shower 2 - 1x 120cm, 1x 90cm, 3x 30cm Plus grouting needs a little touching up in some spots.. not a huge amount. Open to offers / questions etc. Thanks!

I have 2 plumbing issues: 1. Our wall mounted bathroom taps are leaking. They are quarter turn taps. I believe they need a 1/2-inch ceramic disc cartridge (but I am not 100% sure if this). Please refer to photos. 2. Our toilet is very slow to fill after flushing. It is an in wall cistern but I’m not sure if the brand or model. I have popped off the flush button cover and I can see one of the inlet pipe joins are leaking. Again photos attached.

Our kitchen tap mixer is dripping, it seems the cartridge is broken. We think it might be better to replace the whole tap rather than just fixing the cartridge, but we’re open to your advice. Looking for someone who can supply and install a new kitchen mixer tap. Please include the cost of both the tap and installation in your quote. Location: Highett
