Looking for a licensed plumber to repair a Franke kitchen mixer tap. The tap has become very stiff to operate and appears to have a faulty tap cassette that likely needs replacement. Seeking someone to inspect, source the correct replacement cassette if required, and complete the repair so the tap operates smoothly. Under-sink access is clear. Please advise if you need photos of the tap or model details before quoting.

Shower handset is continuously dripping water and may need a washer, valve or fitting repaired/replaced. See photo attached. Looking for someone to inspect and fix. Please quote including labour and any minor parts.

Hot tap in shower not dispensing water

I would like to install a bidet in the bathroom. It’s one of the simple, straightforward ones. Should only be done by a professional plumber, as per the landlord’s instructions.

Toilet does not flush so I need this fixed. Ideally fix on Friday or on Saturday. Otherwise early in morning or later in the day during the week.
