Professional render finish over it, blended and textured to match the existing render finish labeled "5". A seamless blend is the highest priority. Carefully render around the existing conduit and plumbing connections at the base.

Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Just the down join between grill and concrete needs to be repair or replaced. Don't have to be the same color. There are around 7 (seven) of them which needs work. My thinking is cut it off, weld the new part with the small base plate where we can screw it (but the expert knows better).

Hi we are after a trades person to carry out some minor paint and patching work on our plaster board ceilings. We are looking for someone to take on the all the minor work outlined below in photographs for a fixed price.

I've done a little reno and now want this wall rendered to match the other side The wall is approx 4mm x 2.8 high plus the little bit on the side. You can see the pale grey bit in the side to match in with, Looking for quote please. It's not urgent but I'm keen to get it done. Please don’t quote if you can’t do the job. @Andy didn’t show up TWICE and then said he couldn’t do the task. So it’s posted again.
