Description I have approximately 4m x 2m of plasterboard ceiling with water damage that needs to be repaired. I'm looking for an experienced plasterer to inspect the damage and determine whether the affected areas can be patched or whether sections of plasterboard need to be removed and replaced. Work required Inspect the water-damaged plasterboard Remove any damaged/soft/sagging plasterboard as required Replace damaged sections where necessary Patch, set and sand the repaired areas Leave the ceiling with a smooth, paint-ready finish Remove and dispose of plasterboard/rubbish from the job The water source has been/will be addressed separately. The total affected area is approximately 8m². Photos provided. Please quote based on the photos and advise whether you recommend patching the existing plasterboard or replacing the damaged sections.
