The structure is solid and will remain in its current footprint and shape. Photos attached show the existing BBQ and the desired finished appearance. Scope of Works Brickwork & Preparation * Remove raised brickwork behind BBQ so the entire top can be made level. * Infill planter area as required. * Remove loose, damaged or failed brick caps/top-course brickwork as required. * Repair and make good any damaged brickwork. * Retain sound brickwork where practical. * Ensure all top surfaces are level and suitable for new caps. Benchtop / Caps Open to either: * 20mm stone-look porcelain pavers cut to suit, or * another cost-effective outdoor benchtop solution. Requirements: * Cover all horizontal surfaces. * Retain existing footprint and shape. * Neat finished edges. * Durable and weather resistant. Gas Bottle Access * Right-hand cavity to remain open for standard bottle. * Create neat access hole through benchtop directly above gas bottle cavity. * Position hole close to BBQ for shortest hose run. Render * Bag render finish preferred. * Render all exposed brick faces. * Leave ready for painting. * Painting not required (I will complete this myself). Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.

The door opening is 20mm tighter at the top vs the bottom. I need that rectified to be square. Render can be tapered back to nothing by the time you arrive at the stair case. Also the exposed bricks at the top to be done aswell. And a small portion to the Right hand side of the exposed bricks also need to be done (this is mostly behind the decking and not visible) I will need the render completed including any colour matching to match the existing colour.

sauna bench had a bit too much weight on it and the would split a little bit on each bench. See images I have the timber at home to Repair/reinforce the bench looking for someone who can come today and get this done.

Box up, render and paint the space on top of the fence and bottom of roof to match the wall

Plaster two holes that have been cut out of the wall for fridge water line (see photos) and fix small crack.

Hoping before christmas if possible: I have painted most my render house but would like a professional to do the last coat to make it look better. (looks patchy) 8Litres left of Dulux endless dusk I have a video to show if it helps with working out time and cost (yellow highlight is the area i have already done 1 -2 coats in)

Just replaced some water damaged plaster and need some patch plastering work done.
