Fix hole inside and outside front door. Background - a 1950s electrical power in unit was removed. Leaving a hole in the render outside and a hole in the plaster inside. Especially hoping you can match the render in particular as its first impression of the house. Price for quality workmanship so ideally you'll have ratings that say you're very good at your job.

Install a brand new awning to the side of a timber pergola. May need to be fixed to brick wall at one end. All fixings supplied with packaging but may need some additional wood screws.

Move external power point to an adjacent wall

I am wanting to place 3 heavy mosaics on a bluestone wall. I need 6 holes drilled into the bluestone (not the cement)which is rendered and 6 dynabolts to be placed into the stone ready for hanging the mosaics. Must have correct drill / bit for bluestone. Dynabolts to be supplied.

Have bought a light from Bunnings, just need it installed to replace existing light over garage. And missing faceplate on double power point.

Render Painter Needed – Double Storey Home Hi, I’m looking for an experienced render painter to paint my double-storey home. The render is starting to look old and needs a fresh coat of paint (two coats). Most of the second storey can be accessed from the flat roof. One section may need a scaffold for a day. Some old caulking in the joins needs to be redone. I’ll supply the paint. I’ll also pressure wash all the walls before the job starts and can give you a hand doing things if I'm needed. You're welcome to come and take a look at the job before starting. Please see photos for size and access.

Light is sagging and needs to be repaired flush to the ceiling. Just need this repaired, no painting required
