Scope of work: * Remove existing outdoor weatherproof power point. * Supply and install a new IP66-rated weatherproof power point suitable for outdoor use. * Outlet must comply with all relevant Australian Standards and certification requirements. * Installation should provide improved protection against water splashes from the adjacent garden hose. * Test and verify correct operation following installation. Requirements: * Licensed and insured electrician. * Must supply compliant, Australian-certified equipment (e.g. Clipsal, Hager, Legrand or equivalent quality brand). * Please include details of the outlet you intend to install. * Include all labour and materials in your quote. Replacing laserlite on roof and wall, and wooden posts

I need three small patching and painting jobs done. The brackets need to be taken down from the first and last photos. The brackets don't need to be put up again.

To plaster cracks on the ceiling in 2 rooms. One long crack along an almost 3 metre wall and the other a 1 metre crack on ceiling in dining room and a couple of smaller cracks on the sides of the walls. These cracks have been there for about 3 years unchanged. Looking to fix in the next week or two. Quote needs to include all materials labor and costs for complete fix of the job. Task to include painting over once plaster done. I will supply paint.

Tiles supplied for 3.3m x 2.2m room. Slab prepared and ready, no fall required or drain. You need to quote to lay tiles and cut where necessary. You will need to supply and fit two stainless steel edges that connect to other rooms. You must supply grout and any other products. Sauna will get to 90degrees so alternative to glue.

An approx 67cm x 30cm sized hole in the wall. The hole will need to be plastered and painted. I will provide the paint. Repair is in a residential rental and has multiple power sources available. Ideally on Tuesdays or the weekend.
