Looking for an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repairs around the house. The work includes: * Patching several holes in walls and ceilings following electrical work (power points, switches and downlights) * Patching larger openings left after removal of an old wall heater * Repairing/replacing a small section of damaged cornice * Patching and finishing all other areas shown in the attached photos All repaired areas need to be properly plastered and sanded smooth, ready for painting. Please see attached photos for the scope of work and include all materials and labour in your offer.

Need 2 new PowerPoints installed. Will also need safety certificate. It is a brick house.

Hi, I am looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to fully enclose an existing brick archway between two rooms and install a standard internal door. Scope of works: * Build a timber frame within the existing brick arch opening * Install plasterboard (gyprock) on both sides of the new wall * Set joints, patch and sand ready for painting * Supply and install a standard internal hinged door, door frame, handle and hardware * Paint both sides of the new wall and door to match the existing interior colour as closely as possible * Leave the area clean and remove all rubbish

1. Garage Ceiling is sagging in a few places. Need a Plasterer to have a look and fix as necessary. 2. The house will be rented from Oct-25. Not looking to replace the entire Garage ceiling. Wouldn't mind getting a quote for full replacement if that is beneficial for long term.

I want to render my exterior brick walls. i do not have the funds to pay someone to do whole job, so wondering if someone willing give me two hours to teach me how to do myself? thank you

I have small sections of brick wall to be rendered by someone with previous rendering experience. cost for labour plus i will pay for cement. images are numbered: All walls 2.3 m high wall 1: 40cm W and 35 D (front and two sides; shape is parallelogram) wall 2: 1.2 W (flat) wall 3: 2.4 W (flat), but rendering both sides of wall. wall 4: 2.4 W and 24 D (side of building) wall 5: length 85cm and 24cm D (pillar shape is parallelogram) rendering all 4 sides wall 6: not rendering all sides. just length 2.4 W with the smaller sides 24cm each, on either side of cupboard door

Remove kitchen splashback tile and make good the plasterboard behind.
