I've recently had plumbers investigate a leak, during which they had to cut 3 holes in the wall. There was no leak, however the noise was due to the pipe expanding/pushing up against the drywall. I'd like someone to patch the wall in a way the pipe won't rub against it (if possible).

There is a cut-out in the garage ceiling plaster (approx. 1.6 m × 800 mm) due to recent maintenance work. Plasterboard and timber are available on-site. The area needs to be patched and fixed. no painting required.

The plasterboard on the ceiling of my garage has been spoiled by a leak in the roof and needs to be replaced an repainted as well as the ceiling of my porch. Maybe a couple of other tasks of painting as well.

We are looking for a certified electrician to look into the power shortening and switchboard related issues in a dairy goods processing facility. Some of the switchboards do not work and the shortening of power supply (that results in turning off the main freezer), all thought happen infrequently, but poses a risk of melting down prepared items. We require a certified electrician, that can provide us with a certificate of work, to look into this above. We are located in Thomastown area.
