We need a power point in a room

I nodded two power points installed on the beams in the patio. There is already wiring for the lights which runs into a switch board located in the garage. Unsure if existing wiring can be used, bridged off the lights or if new wiring is required to be installed. It's for x2 2000w heat strips.
