I have a small outdoor repair job: A painted timber beam at the front of my outdoor area has pulled slightly away from the timber behind it (likely from wind). it is still solid — it just needs to be pulled back into place and re-screwed using new holes. The metal bracket holding up a retractable awning has also come loose. The bracket is fine — it just needs to be re-positioned and re-fixed into solid timber. This is not a rebuild or replacement. No materials needed — just tools and fixings. Should be a quick job for someone handy with a drill and ladder. Photos attached.

Home reno, Wall plastering and conices.

We are doing a small extension to our pantry area which is about 2.4m x 1m wide, with a height of about 2.4m too. Flooring has been done. Need a plasterer to come and finish the job. Plasterer needs to get all the materials required to do the job. Work involves adding a floor trim too (provided) and sealing all corners. PS : I also need a couple of vents in the wall for the dryer and the kitchen exhaust. I don't know if that's easier done after plastering or need to factor that in before.

Need a couple of minor cracks fixed. Easy access and I’ve got the paint too, just need a hand with this while I’m busy with the yard this week.

Move PowerPoint on wall approx 20cm lower on plaster wall. Need the original placement to be plastered over (flat) so we can hang a TV bracket over it. Reason: our TV hangs below the mantle piece. This is because the power point is in the way of where the TV bracket needs to be.

Supply and replace verandah post including anchor. Remove old post and anchor. Painting not required.
