Minor sagging of ceiling resulting in visible nail holes in isolated areas

I have a house battery on external wall. Needs to be permanently shaded. Task is for supply and installation of appropriate awning/shade sail or other solution. Have had shade sail up until recently, not secure enough etc with current configuration.

I need a plasterer to patch a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom where I am trying to get electrician to install a new exhaust fan. The new unit with the heater is different size to the original hole of the exhaust vent, so the extra bit of the hole needs to be patched before he can fit the new one in. Note: see photo, the patch is only the half moon side of the hole. it's a small patch.

I am replacing an old built-in oven and need a licensed electrician to assist with electrical work. Tasks required: Disconnect the existing hard-wired oven connection inside the oven cabinet. Install a proper 15A oven power point inside the oven cabinet so the new oven can plug in. Check and replace one wall power socket (double power point) that makes a buzzing sound when a power board is plugged in. Details: • Existing oven: Electrolux 60cm built-in oven (approx 3.1kW).• Current oven connection is hard-wired with a taped connector behind the cabinet.• The new oven will require a 15A plug connection.• Oven cabinet depth is approx 560mm.• Please install the oven socket inside the cabinet (preferably rear corner) so the oven can slide in fully. Also one wall socket nearby produces a buzzing sound when a power board is plugged in. I would like it checked and replaced if necessary. Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrician• Please bring required parts (15A oven power point and standard double power point if replacement is required)

power point in the kitchen isn’t holding plugs properly — they keep falling out - pls see photo , just needs to tighten up

Had a couple of PowerPoints removed and the painters put that mesh thing on the holes and gyprock but left it to me to do the second layer and sanding and I absolutely butchered it. I can paint it just need it smooth and prepped ready got painting. Need it fixed asap

I moved into a new place and removed some kitchen cabinetry that had internal power points and shorted our power. We now have general power up and running but the kitchen and wall oven main switches remain off with no power from points in kitchen, study and bathroom. Lights are all working. The task: - Review remaining power points in the 2 bedroom unit need a look over to ensure all is safe as some seem fine and others definitely in need of replacement. - Replace/fix existing faulty switches and power points. - Restore power to the power points in the kitchen, study and bathroom. Floors are getting sanded this week so cannot get in before Friday 14/11. Please let me know if you’re available on this date.
