Looking for a licensed electrician for 5 small jobs: 1. Power point – Install 1 new power point (wall is currently open – see photo). 2. Bathroom exhaust fans – Reinstall the exhaust fans in the ensuite and powder room that were removed during plastering (existing connections are available). 3. Infrared heater light – Install a new infrared heater light and connect the required switch. 4. Ceiling fan with light – Install a ceiling fan with light in the living room. Existing ceiling connection/wiring is available. 5. Light fittings – Replace the existing basic ceiling lights with new light fittings in 2 rooms (existing wiring/points). Also reconnect/terminate the existing light wiring in 1 bedroom where the light was removed during plastering. All areas are easily accessible – please see photos. Budget: $750 Hawthorn.

We have just noticed a roof leak that has caused water damage to the internal plaster/ceiling in our bathroom. We are looking for an experienced tradie to fix both issues, ideally the same person for both jobs. Job 1 – Roof tile repair: Existing roof tiles are old but in reasonable condition. Water is leaking through and we need the source identified and fixed. We have spare matching roof tiles on site, so no need to source new ones. Please inspect, replace/re-bed any cracked or displaced tiles, and check flashing/pointing as needed. Job 2 – Internal plaster repair (bathroom ceiling): Water damage is showing through the plaster inside the bathroom Area will need to be assessed, replastered and made good Please include prep and finish in your quote (including for painting) Photos attached — please review before quoting. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided.
