The power point will be at edge of ceiling in my garage, you can pull the power supply from existing source in my roof cavity. Drill into a brick next to the new power point to connect & power up a cctv outside my garage.

Air conditioning is tripping the safety switch. Also the power point below the ac is not working. Our ac unit is located outside with the power point also outside

Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. Plaster sheets are hung and 2/3 layers of mudding has been completed. Wanting qualified plasterer ONLY to come to sand and finish any mudding needed to complete job and get house ready for painting. The house is 2 stories (110sqm per story), downstairs has a ceiling height of 3m, upstairs has a ceiling height of 2.7m and the staircase void is also in need of plastering. Hi , I am needing a qualified electrician to relocate a power point and ethernet connection either horizontally or vertically (down) as I will be putting in a Samsung Frame Tv so require the area to be unobstructed. Preference would be to move both horizontally into the built in cabinet joinery (please see photo).

A glass panel needs to be fixed onto two external stairway posts (see photos). Also 3 loose wooden deck panels need to be firmly fixed.

Ceiling needs to be patched up. It was cut out as we had to extract a dead possum about 1.5months ago. The holes are inside a linen cupboard but can be accessed with a ladder.

1 x light switch slightly sunken in (still works) - can be fixed so no longer sunken? AND 1 x broken power point switch needs replacing
