Install garden lights - there is already a cable for the lights but some work required to connect the light to cable

There was a power overload and the light went out, the fuse changed, the power returned to some rooms of the house and the power did not return to others. I want you to check it and fix it as soon as possible. Who lives close to my home, Balwyn North VIC.

Swap over 3 double light switches

1. Install outdoor gpo, twin oulet against external garage wall. Existing power available inside the garage. (Photo 3&4) 2. Replace existing senor light at the front of the garage with new one. Wiring exist. (Photo 1). Light fitting supplied. 3. Replace existing sensor light at the entrance with one removed in item 2 above. Wiring exist. (Photo 2) Licenced electrician, certificate of electrical safety required. Work to be done any weekday after 4 p.m before 29 March.

Qualified electrician only. Need to cover exposed electrical wiring in storage area for safety and also run new wiring and install new batten light in garage area. Exposed wiring about 8m in length needs conduits to cover. New batten light will be provided, just needs to be installed with new wiring as there currently is no light fixture in that area of storage.

I have electric gates that developed what appears to be an electronic fault. Both sides of the gates are working and receiving commands of the remote control. The issue is that when the gates open, sometimes they work fine and sometimes they move for a while and then just stop in the middle of the expected range of movement. A gate specialist looked at the gates about a year ago and replaced contact switches. It seems that the gates worked better for a while but lately started to develop the fault again. I don’t know whether it was the new switches that helped or just cleaning the contacts. Please see attached photographs for the picture of the gates. The left-hand gate is shown in the position where it usually stops by itself. Can you please send me the amount you charge as a callout fee, and what it includes.
