Looking for certified electrician to swap my old wall power sockets with new ones, a total of 10. I am also looking to swap my old ceiling lights with new ones, 18 in total. I am providing all replacements just need to fit them replacing old ones. See photos for reference

• Power Shortages: The issue appears to be due to overloading on one circuit. Along one side of the house, there are several appliances including the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and a study setup. The power only trips when most or all of these are running simultaneously. • Buzzing Outdoor Light: This appears to be unrelated to the internal wiring. The light buzzes regardless of whether other lights are on or not. Unsure of cost - happy to finalise later

Solar panel on the roof had a bursted pipe last year under the glass panel and there was a constant water leak, a plumber was called who bypassed the gas water heater, so no connection to water tank or to solar panel and was made direct instant water heater to the house but now there is only lukewarm water when it used to be hot water.
