I need a power point installed into the pantry and two light switches which broken to be replaced

Install an outdoor electrical point to be used for a new hot water gas continuous flow unit. It’s a single story house and the electrical unit is to be installed in the backyard, there’s no switch board around so probably will have to be drilled through to get wiring from the bedroom behind the external wall. See attached pictures for your reference.
