Replacing old light with downlights

Seeking a licensed electrician to provide the following: -Installation of 8 additional powerpoints in various locations around the house. Powerpoints will need to be provided. -Repair one powerpoint in living area that is operating well but a bit loose at the wall, so that it no longer pulls away from the wall when removing plugs. -I recently had my patio roof lining repaired following collapse. Prior to the repair job my insurance company disconnected electricity to the area to make it safe. I will need the outdoor floodlight reconnected to the indoor light switch. I will also need 5 holes put into patio roof lining for downlights and to have these also reconnected to the indoor light switch. Plugs / wiring for the lights are already positioned inside the roof lining for the 5 lights. 5 downlights will be supplied by me. -Provision of certificate of electrical safety for works conducted. I have attached a picture of the patio prior to the collapse so you can get an idea of how I need the lights positioned and where the floodlight is located. Pic of switchboard also included My house is a single story home and roof access is easy via manhole in laundry. Easy parking in my driveway. I need to change stairway downlight from old style to 90mm style. It is double storage house. The light is on deep-end and will require longer ladder. In rest of the house, it is 90mm downlight. Only one spot has this light. The previous electrician had remove back plug to avoid it being turned on. So need to add that back again. Job requirement: - Remove old led light - Make the hole wider - Replace with 90mm light (I got spare light) - Fix up any wall damage caused by ladder - Put the back plug on light from roof so it can turn back on. - Provide Compliance certificate - Provide Invoice In the photo you can see it is about 4.5 metres high. I don't know if it can be done through the roof but I'll leave it with you.

I will purchase the downlights. Electrical wiring will need to be done through 2 way switches.

down lights which are not working to be replaced with new down lights and there is a short circuit happening in the shower rooms when one of the switches is ON. that needs to be fixed

Have 22 downlights that need to be installed Hole is 7 inch but needs to be cut to 9 inch and downlights to be replaced with single downlights not same ones I have all downlights purchased
