The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting in the high ceiling (A-frame ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the fault (e.g., failed LED unit or faulty driver). 3. Supplying and installing a new, suitable replacement LED downlight and/or driver. 4. Ensuring the new light's colour temperature and brightness matches the other existing lights in the area. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the new replacement downlight and driver.
