Two ceiling downlights in my Southbank apartment aren’t working. Suspected transformer faults, but diagnosis is required. Each light has its own AcTEC MINI60 hardwired electronic transformer (11.5V AC, 20–60W), powering one Philips 12V 35W halogen MR16 globe. Looking for a Victorian licensed electrician to: * Diagnose both lights. * Supply and replace transformers if required with suitable like-for-like units. * Test the repairs and advise whether a Certificate of Electrical Safety is required. existing downlights 90mm. staright swap (plug and play) with smart downlights 21 in number

Please replace one failed integrated LED downlight. I think It’s a 6W IC-4 Lute Lighting downlight. Please buy whatever you need or I can go buy from Bunnings as well. Install ceiling smart down lights in apartment. Approx 20 of them. Possibly extend light conduit and wiring to each of them lights. I will supply the downlights - got about 10 non smart lights that I can give and if you want you can procure the remaining 10

I need someone to look at and hopefully fix 2 exhaust fans. One in the bathroom and the other in the laundry area. They turn on, but the fan speed is not great. The second part would be one flickering downlight, it probably needs replacement. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Three LEDs in our apartment hallway/kitchen are not working anymore. two controlled by one switch and third one is on another switch. I am guessing all three LEDs need replacement. I have added picture of the fitting and what type of LEDs the building/apartment manual says.
