I need to have some ceiling work done and need the halogen down lights disconnected before it can be done

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to help with a few small jobs in an apartment: * Install a heater light in the bathroom * Replace 2 light fittings * Replace 1–2 light bulbs if needed * Check that everything is working safely after installation Please bring the appropriate tools and let me know if you need any photos or measurements before coming.

Several of the built in LED down lights in one system are flickering and then one in another system completely out. ?needs replacing

I need 6x downlights replaced

1- Fix one down light (I have tried changing both globes to no avai) 2- Certification of RCD safe for sale of house 3- Certified that smoke detector is installed and working This will need to be completed by a licensed electrician and certified to meet a sales contract condition.

Replacement of 4 downlights

Replace old lights with three new down lights that I have purchased! I have other similar electrical tasks that I’d love for you to look at and quote :)

Not familiar with typical pricing so please excuse if my estimate is way off! We’re getting our insulation installed on Monday the 15th of September, and have been told we need to replace our old 4 Halogen with 4 new LED to reduce heat around the insulation. We have purchased the LED lights and just need the professional insulation.

- Install 3 x downlights (connect to existing chain / switch). - install 2 x light fixtures. - wire 1 of above light fixtures to existing switches as a 2 way. (One set of wires to switch is already in place). - wire security light to switch (currently only connected to motion sensor). - replace security motion sensor. Need downlights replaced with LED lights - 6 total Some other lights to be looked at as well. 2 downlights in the bathroom - needing bulbs changed. 2 flourscent light fixtures - needing bulbs changed 10 ceiling light fixtures - needing a second bulb inserted (can supply the bulbs for these, but not the LED light replacements) i dont know what the cost is, so have just put $300 for now
