Require cable conduit ran for NBN install, external box location to inside the building, terminating at inside NBN box location: - Punch through single brick external wall into front door entry way (for NBN to place the external NBN box out of elements) - Run conduit from above mentioned location within entryway up wall and into roof (approx 2.5m) - Run conduit through roof (approx 6m) - Run conduit down wall inside the building (approx 2.5m) to where NBN inside box will be - There is no requirement to chase any conduit between double brick - Roof cavity is accessible via manhole inside, via a tall ladder - Needs to be self sufficient with regard to all tools, ladders, PPE etc - Materials possibly able to be supplied prior to install, pending discussions (self sufficient with materials is preferred, however) Estimated materials needed: - 11-12m conduit - couple of elbows and/or 45s - 11-12 conduit saddles + fixings (masonry + timber)

I have a telephone port in the centre of the apartment that I need troubleshooting to enable NBN connection. I am currently using the telephone port at the back of the apartment. I believe it needs to be jumpered from krone box just outside our apartment door to extend to this port in the kitchen. That way we have 2 working telephone ports.

NBN point is at front of the house. Long narrow house - want router located centrally. From previous inspection will require cable to be run externally not through roof due to attic in the way. I have moved into an old apartment that does not currently have an Ethernet port for connection of an NBN box and wifi modem. What I currently have is an old school 610 socket that I would need replaced with a modern Ethernet wall socket in order to connect to the NBN and have home internet. 2 years ago a technician did a very messy set up of Telstra modem to a new location in house, rather than buy extender. Result see pics, very untidy looking set-up and patchy reception in living room where modem is. Relocate back to original location in study.
