- Replace 6 existing downlights in living room (existing 70mm replacing with 90mm) - Install 8 downlights (4x kitchen, 2x near pantry & 2x laundry) - Install pendant light in living room 90mm downlights, plug bases and pendant light will be supplied.

Looking for certified electrician to purchase and replace a downlight for bathroom of apartment. Tenants have reported it as no longer working.
