Looking for a licensed electrician for 5 small jobs: 1. Power point – Install 1 new power point (wall is currently open – see photo). 2. Bathroom exhaust fans – Reinstall the exhaust fans in the ensuite and powder room that were removed during plastering (existing connections are available). 3. Infrared heater light – Install a new infrared heater light and connect the required switch. 4. Ceiling fan with light – Install a ceiling fan with light in the living room. Existing ceiling connection/wiring is available. 5. Light fittings – Replace the existing basic ceiling lights with new light fittings in 2 rooms (existing wiring/points). Also reconnect/terminate the existing light wiring in 1 bedroom where the light was removed during plastering. All areas are easily accessible – please see photos. Budget: $750 Hawthorn.

I have a broken powerpoint where the front panel has broken off the supporting box exposing the wires that I need replaced.

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.

We have a small portion of the ground floor ceiling that had a water leak. There is some water damage to the ceiling and cornice an also some holes that were cut to find the source. I’ve attached photos. We have paint to repaint but could also do that ourselves if preferred

I need two electrical outlets (one power point outlet and second the FTA TV - foxtel can be cut)moved from their current location on the skirting board about ten cm to the actual wall. The electrical outlets are circled in orange and green in pick - the need to go up ~10cm The wall is double brick. Depending on cost I may also need another power point put in the bedroom

Supply & install plasterboard lining to attic store room. Ceiling rakes up to the ridge. Walls are stud framed up to approximately 1.1m high (tbc). Access via pull down roof ladder. Plasterboard panels 1200mm wide will fit through the ladder opening. The space is approximately 4m x 4m The height rakes up from 1.1 to 2.2m at the peak.

The skirting boards were taken off to put down floorboards - and when they went back on there are some gaps - would like those sorted and there are three plaster board holes I would like patched as well .The skirting boards are throughout two bedrooms - hallway - loungeroom with gaps along the way.
